Can you remove bad reviews?
We can't delete reviews, and nobody honest can promise to. We flag reviews that break Google's rules (spam, fake, conflicts of interest, off-topic) and help you reply well to the rest. A good reply often matters more to future customers than the review itself.
Do you write or buy reviews?
Never. Fake reviews break Google's rules and U.S. law (the FTC bans fake and paid reviews), and they can get your profile suspended. Every review we help you get comes from a real customer.
Can we offer a discount for a review?
