What is a Google Business Profile?
It's your free listing on Google Search and Google Maps (formerly Google My Business). It shows your hours, phone, reviews, photos and directions, and it's what decides whether you appear in the Map Pack.
What's the difference between the $297 Tune-Up and a monthly plan?
The Tune-Up is a one-time cleanup and optimization of one profile. Monthly plans keep it active every month (posts, photos, review replies) and add the citations, pages and links that move you up the map.
Do you need my Google login?
We ask you to add us as a manager on your profile. You stay the owner, and you can remove us at any time. We never ask for your Google password.
My profile is suspended. Can you help?
We review why it may have been suspended, fix anything that breaks Google's guidelines, and help you prepare the reinstatement request. Google makes the final decision, so we can't promise the outcome.
